The Moulin de l’Ecluse, (this translates as the Mill on the Lock), located at Pont l’Abbé, capital of the Bigouden area of Brittany, is a family run flour mill which for 3 generations has ensured you can obtain the best flours thanks to its grinding process, from its water mill with its ancient grinding stone.
Because these flours undergo less heat they preserve their taste and their wealth of vitamins and proteins.

The Moulin de l’Ecluse offers :

  • Its corn flours,
  • Its buckwheat flours,
  • Its creamed oatmeal

As well as :

  • Its stone-ground flours: whole-wheat corn flour, rich in fibre
  • Its rye flours
  • Its organic flours : buckwheat & wheat
